Terms of Service

By creating an account or using dealradarsapp (the "Service"), operated by dealradarsapp Inc. (Delaware, USA), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using the Service

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape or resell it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

What the Service does (and doesn't do)

dealradarsapp tracks prices you ask it to monitor, records their price history, and verifies whether a discount is genuine by comparing the current price to what the item has actually cost over time. It then notifies you with smart alerts when your target price is reached. dealradarsapp does not currently make purchases on your behalf; any "auto-purchase" capability is a future feature and is clearly labelled as such until released.

Price accuracy & limitations

We read prices from publicly available retailer data and aim to match what the retailer shows. However:

• Prices change frequently and a reading may be delayed, temporarily unavailable, or out of date.
• Some retailers do not publish a machine-readable price or block automated access; for those pages we report that we can't track the price rather than display a guess.
• Deal scores ("Real Deal", "Watch", "Inflated") are informational estimates based on the history we have collected, not financial or purchasing advice.

Always confirm the final price, shipping, taxes, and availability with the retailer before purchasing. We are not responsible for retailer pricing errors or for purchasing decisions you make using the Service.

Plans & billing

The free plan includes a limited number of tracked products at no cost and requires no credit card. Paid plans (Pro and the optional Intelligence tier) add capacity and features. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and renew automatically until cancelled. Applicable taxes may apply.

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@dealradarsapp.com. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew and your account reverts to the free plan. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your most recent charge and we'll refund that payment. Beyond 14 days, charges for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods after the 14-day window. To request a refund, email support@dealradarsapp.com.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links to retailers may be affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, dealradarsapp may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence a product's deal score or where it appears — verdicts are computed solely from observed price history. We disclose this so you can make informed decisions.

Acceptable use

• Don't resell or redistribute the Service's data without our permission.
• Don't attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security.
• Don't automate access in a way that overloads or disrupts the Service.
• Don't use the Service to infringe others' rights or break the law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, belongs to dealradarsapp Inc. and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Retailer names, logos, and product information are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dealradarsapp Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for purchasing decisions made using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
